Advantage4All provides support to our clients throughout their journey to become independent, taking into consideration their goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Who are we
At Advantage4All, we’re here to support you in living more independently, achieving your goals, and feeling more connected to your community. It’s not just about ticking boxes — it’s about building a life that feels meaningful to you.
We genuinely care about the people we support. This isn’t just a job for us — it’s a commitment. We’re here to make a real difference, to help you break through barriers, and to back you as you chase your goals, dreams, and the life you want to lead.
We value honesty, always. You can count on clear, open communication and full transparency — no fluff, no confusion, and a reliable paper trail so you always know what’s going on.
We don’t believe in “one size fits all.” Every person is different — and we love that. That’s why we take the time to understand what matters to you and work with you to build support that fits your life, your way.
Please note: we currently support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only.
Let’s build something great — together.
Our history
Advantage4All was founded in May 2024 by two sisters, Deanne-Marie and Jasmin — a duo with big hearts, big dreams, and a shared vision for doing support differently. After years of working together and talking about what true, meaningful support should look like, they decided to stop talking and start building.
That’s how Advantage4All was born — a small company with a big purpose: to put the individual at the centre of everything. Not the system. Not the disability. The person.
We believe everyone is different — and that’s exactly how support should be. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. From day one, our goal has been to tailor care, activities, and services around each person’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
We’re building a reputation for being thoughtful, genuine, and outcomes-focused. Our strength lies in the care we give, the trust we build, and the community we’re helping our clients connect with.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just about support. It’s about helping people find their passion, their joy, and their independence — on their terms.

Our team
Advantage4All is led by Sarah and Justin — two Directors who are as hands-on as it gets. They aren’t just ticking boxes from behind a desk — they’re out in the field, listening, supporting, problem-solving, and walking alongside the people we support. They’re building a team of passionate, down-to-earth staff who bring all kinds of support to the table from daily assistance to cleaning, maintenance, and that odd job you’ve been putting off forever.
From personalised daily support to on-call help with cleaning or handyman stuff, our network is built with real people who give a damn. We work with purpose, honesty, and that good ol’ no-fluff communication. And because we’re a proudly Indigenous-owned biz, community and culture are baked into everything we do.
We don’t do cookie-cutter care. We do care that actually fits your life.

Diversity
We believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. No matter your race, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or ability — you matter. Diversity isn’t just a checkbox for us; it’s a core part of who we are and how we work. We’re committed to creating inclusive spaces where every individual feels respected, supported, and empowered to live life on their terms.
